There has been an sharp increase in commercial and residential construction litigation in Colorado in the past several years. This has proved to be a great burden to the construction industry as a whole. We specialize in the representation of developers, builders, subcontractors, design professionals and insurers who are faced with construction defect claims and lawsuits. So as to decrease the burden of litigation, our goal is, if possible, to extricate our clients from the litigation by the most expeditious means possible. However, if that is not possible, we will utilize our extensive trial experience to defend our client's interests in the courtroom. Our lawyers have been directly involved in construction defect and other litigation for many years. We have drawn upon our experience in all areas of litigation to develop methods and strategies to help our clients avoid claims.
